K is for ... Animal Woodblock ABC

Simple choice as I already know that there are some great woodblock prints of the lovely little birds.

He is a contemporary British printmaker, considered one Britain's finest wood engravers. Self taught as a wood engraver, his first children's book was "An Alphabet of Animals" which won the Ragazzi Prize at the 1990 Bologna Book Fair.
